The company produces its own green electricity, develops sustainable plastics solutions and recycling systems and is continuously increasing its efficiency in injection molding processing - Wirthwein, one of the larger and well-known plastics processors, is committed to reducing CO2 emissions in many areas. If only it weren't for the diffuse political decisions and contradictory customer requirements.
Plastic neutrality? Even if very few people know what it means, it sounds kind of appealing. But used as a hollow election campaign phrase, the term can only raise false expectations. After all, it's not about doing away with plastic, but about compensating for the use of new material, for example by removing a corresponding amount of plastic waste from the environment.
